With more than 20 years of senior executive leadership experience in business management and aerospace operations, Chris brings extraordinary depth as a Stellar Advisor. Culminating a distinguished 33-year military career as a Lieutenant General in the Pentagon, he is highly experienced in interacting with the White House, members of Congress, national media, and senior leaders inside and outside of government.
Beginning his U.S. Air Force career as a fighter pilot, Chris went on to command at the squadron, wing, and Numbered Air Force levels. Additionally, he gained exceptional international experience with staff tours at U.S. Air Forces in Europe, at U.S. Southern Command, and within the Joint Staff at the Pentagon.
Beyond his commissioning and bachelor degree from the U.S. Air Force Academy, he earned two master degrees and was also recognized as an Olin Fellow following a year in Harvard University’s Institute of Strategic Studies. Chris’s final assignment was as the Air Force’s Chief of Staff for Operations where he formulated policy supporting air, space, cyber, irregular warfare, counter proliferation, homeland security and weather operations.
Chris’s specific areas of expertise include strategic planning, aerospace operations, human performance, operational integration, organizational structures, change management, financial management and team building.
