Retiring from the U.S. Marine Corps as a Lieutenant General, his broad expertise includes strategic planning, risk analysis, project management, education and training, homeland security, and team leadership.
With over a dozen years of experience as a senior commander or commanding general, Lew is a critical thinker with an impressive record of solving complex problems and transforming organizations for the future. Having led units as large as 85,000 personnel with annual budgets exceeding $2.0B, he fully understands the complexities involved with organizational change dynamics, objective development, and goal attainment.
Deeply experienced in fostering and maintaining key domestic and international relationships across commercial, military and diplomatic circles, Lew employs a holistic approach to every business challenge.
