Mike Repass currently serves as a Stellar Advisor and project manager at Stellar Solutions, Inc. Retiring from the U.S. Army in 2013 as a Major General after 33 years of service, he is fluent on all aspects of joint and coalition military operations with emphasis on special operations, international relations, and crisis management.
With recognized expertise in building strong partnerships with foregn partners, Mike builds relationships on trust, exceptional leadership and immediate responsiveness to the critical needs of clients. His in-depth experience in Europe remains in high demand supporting key senior leader clients in the NATO region. Through leading teams of more than 13,000 people and decades of strategic planning experience, he has keen insight, practical experience, strategic awareness, and operational credentials in SOF. Mike maintains SOF currency via routine engagements with SOF leadership and tacticians in eastern Europe and Ukraine.
During his military career, he commanded at every level in Special Forces from captain to major general. His tactical commands included the 5th Special Forces Group, the 1st Special Forces Group, and the 10th Special Forces Group. As a flag officer his commands included Commanding General of U.S. Army Special Forces Command and Commanding General of Special Operations Command-Europe.
Mike’s most recent Stellar Solutions projects include leading the Senior SOF SME program for Ukraine; advising EUCOM’s Counter-Transnational Threat effort, and emulating SOCOM for NORAD / NORTHCOM’s Vigilant Shield 17 Tier 1 Exercise.
