Punch Moulton is a Stellar Advisor at Stellar Solutions. Previously, as Vice President, he led a team of senior leader consultants delivering expertise across a broad portfolio including cyberspace, missile defense, warfighter support, international defense, and commercial strategy.
Prior to joining Stellar Solutions in 2012, Punch served in the US Air Force. As a Major General he was the Director of Operations (J3) at United States European Command. In that capacity he was responsible for all operations of over 100,000 personnel advancing United States interests in the European area of responsibility including enhancing transatlantic security through support of NATO, promoting regional stability, and countering terrorism. During his 33-year Air Force career, he had assignments as a fighter pilot (T-38, F-5, F-15); commanded at the squadron, group, and wing level; and served in Joint positions at the Pentagon Joint Staff, US Forces Korea, North American Aerospace Defense Command, US Northern Command, and US European Command.
Punch Moulton has over 30 years of successful senior strategic leadership and is skilled at directing and implementing growth and transformational change for both large and pivotal teams. With broad global experience including over fifteen years in Europe and eight years in East Asia, he has an extensive network of defense, government, industry, and international contacts. A proactive leader with proven executive level success in leading individuals/units, building successful diverse teams, and directing organizations, Punch is well renowned for his facilitation skills leading tabletop exercises and workshops on focused topics.
