Rob Novotny is an Advisor for Stellar Solutions, Inc. An experienced senior executive with recognized expertise in building and leading interagency and international teams, he develops and implements global strategies for collaboration in instructional programs, joint programs, and major international initiatives.
Retiring from the U.S. Air Force as a Brigadier General, Rob served in multiple command and staff positions, and acquired over 2700 flying hours in 11 different aircraft, primarily in the F-15C/D/E. His senior executive skillsets include international affairs, strategic planning, advanced requirements development, staff training and exercise development.
Rob is a career operational test pilot and fighter wing commander. Rob attended the Naval Command and Staff College, the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies, and the National War College. He has extensive operational experience with four deployments to Iraq during Operation Southern Watch & Iraqi Freedom and year-long deployment to Afghanistan as the Chief of Staff of the Air Expeditionary Task Force.
Rob currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for Smarter AI Corporation, a global artificial intelligence software company, and he consults for various private and federal companies. As a Stellar Advisor, his broad expertise in continuity of operations, agile acquisition, command and control, joint exercises, and international engagement are pivotal for helping clients meet their critical needs.
