With a proven track record in complex, fast-moving operational scenarios and in the development of coherent effective solutions to challenging problems, Stu Evans brings 37 years of Royal Air Force service to Stellar Solutions as a uniquely qualified Stellar Advisor. Retiring as an Air Marshal, he is renowned within NATO as a versatile and energetic senior leader with strategic vision and a drive for excellence in management.
Entering the RAF as a fighter pilot, Stu gained extensive operational and combat experience to include multiple deployments to Iraq from 2003 to 2011. Those years proved foundational to his multiple command and senior staff positions within the Royal Air Force, the UK’s Permanent Joint Headquarters (PJHQ), U.S. Central Command Headquarters (CENTCOM) and at NATO’s Allied Air Command Headquarters (AIRCOM).
While at NATO AIRCOM he led the day-to-day operational efforts of four multi-national command centre staffs across Europe delivering 24/7 Air and Missile Defence operations. He additionally drove innovative solutions regarding space and cyber effects integration into the NATO Command Structure Adaptation Process.
As the Senior British Military Advisor at CENTCOM, Stu’s insights and energy were instrumental in promoting closer liaison between US and UK military headquarters and other agencies.
