Jamie Foggo joins Stellar Solutions as an accomplished senior executive with over 30 years of experience leading operations across diverse environments. Retiring from the U.S. Navy as an Admiral, his broad expertise includes operational leadership, global strategy, resource allocation, multi-media communications, and managing complex environments.
A visionary executive with an analytical approach to developing effective strategies impacting worldwide operations, Jamie has led organizations up to 50,000 people with a focus on improving the experience of diverse teams. While commanding in Naples, he planned and executed joint exercise TRIDENT JUNCTURE, the largest NATO exercise in 30 years employing 70 ships, 250 aircraft and 10,000 vehicles.
During U.S. and NATO military operations against Libya in 2011, Jamie served as the Director of Operations (J3) for both Joint Task Force Odyssey Dawn (U.S.) and the follow-on JTF Unified Protector (NATO). Later, in 2018 as the NAVEUR Commander, his naval forces successfully conducted precision strikes against Syrian targets linked to chemical weapons.
Jamie’s varied skillsets serve clients extremely well. A master communicator, he was featured as the U.S. and NATO spokesperson on several national television broadcasts to include 60 Minutes. He has also cultivated an unmatched network of international connections, particularly within the NATO alliance and across the African Union.
A strategic visionary, Jamie architected a U.S. Navy Strategy rewrite that for the first time recognized the rising domains in the cyber and space environments. His unique skills as an expert negotiator are also noteworthy: he guided the NATO Strategic Direction South HUB for Africa to full operational capability as well as negotiated with the Chinese on rules of behavior in the maritime domain.
