Pete Talleri is a senior executive offering over 30 years of experience leading information technology, logistics and supply chain organizations ranging in size from 50 to 11,000 personnel. He currently is the President of Peter J. Talleri & Associates, LLC and major clients include AT&T, CACI and Blackberry.
Prior to joining Stellar Solutions, Pete operated two Federal Service Divisions that achieved growth strategies in U.S. and international organizations while generating revenue in the commercial and federal markets. Pete’s diverse background also includes strategic board membership, senior military leadership, small business entrepreneurship, and spearheading the world’s third largest distribution network
As a Major General, Pete served as the U.S. Marine Corps senior logistics professional in the Pacific, receiving the prestigious National Safety Council’s “CEO’s Who Get-It Award”. He has held a myriad of critical staff positions and at US Central Command, he was responsible for the information technology logistical planning efforts during Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom. This included providing operational plans to ensure that total asset visibility was accomplished during the war. Operation Iraqi Freedom was the first time that “Active RFID” was used on a strategic scale.
During his tenure as the Commanding General of Marine Corps Installations Pacific, his force directly supported Operation Tomodachi, Japan’s worst natural disaster in history. As the Commander of DLA-Distribution he operated 26 world-wide distribution depots responsible for the receipt, storage, issue, packing, preservation and transportation of more than four million stock keeping units (SKUs) in excess of $101 billion.
