A strategic and innovative leader with over three decades of international military, diplomatic, and business expertise, Scott brings extraordinary experience to clients as a Stellar Advisor.
Retiring as a Major General in the U.S. Air Force he commanded at multiple levels and served as a senior executive on SECDEF, Headquarters USAF, NATO, Major Command, and Joint Task Force staffs. Following his military career, Scott worked for a major defense contractor and developed/executed their strategies for business development across European nations and NATO.
As the Director of Training and Readiness for the U.S. Air Force he led innovative solutions for training objectives across the cyber, space and aviation domains while winning corporate approval to transform and synchronize the USAF’s training methodologies to save an estimated $250M per year.
Exceptionally familiar with NATO and North African operations from assignments in the Netherlands and Djibouti, Scott understands the complexities involved with cultural differences, organizational dynamics, and mission accomplishment. In every setting his leadership, managerial, and communicative skillsets proved foundational to overall success.
With multiple master degrees as well as a year at Stanford University’s Hoover Institution for a National Defense Fellowship, his deep educational foundation served him well in his previous military and civilian endeavors. Now, as a Stellar Advisor, his expertise in strategic planning, international engagement, interagency and whole-of government operations, logistics and transportation, and joint exercises enable clients to meet their critical needs.
